Terms of Service

These terms explain how you can use Mureal’s website, apps, plugins, and related digital services. We wrote them to protect both sides. You should know what to expect from us, and we should know our products are being used responsibly.

1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service apply when you visit mureal.io or use any Mureal website, iOS app, plugin, tool, content, or related digital service we provide now or in the future.

By using Mureal, you agree to these terms. If you are using Mureal on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. What you can expect from Mureal

We want Mureal to feel safe, useful, and dependable. That means we try to:

  • describe our products honestly and avoid misleading claims;
  • protect the security of our website and services using reasonable safeguards;
  • improve product quality over time, including bug fixes and updates; and
  • respect your ownership of your own work and materials.

Some services may still be evolving. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when needed, but we aim to do so thoughtfully and without unnecessary disruption.

3. Your account and your responsibilities

If a Mureal product allows account creation, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to use Mureal to:

  • break the law or violate another person’s rights;
  • interfere with the security, stability, or normal operation of our services;
  • upload malware, spam, or harmful code;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts; or
  • reverse engineer or scrape our services in a way that is abusive or prohibited by law.

4. Your content stays yours

You retain ownership of the content, files, text, designs, prompts, images, notes, and other materials you submit to or create with Mureal.

When you use Mureal, you give us only the limited rights we need to operate the service for you, such as hosting, processing, transmitting, backing up, syncing, or displaying your content as part of the product experience. That permission ends when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to legal obligations and normal backup retention.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to upload or use any content you provide.

5. Mureal content and intellectual property

The Mureal brand, website design, app and plugin code, visuals, documentation, and other original materials we provide are owned by Mureal or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Using Mureal does not transfer ownership of our software or brand assets to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our services in accordance with these terms.

Some Mureal products may connect with, rely on, or be distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store, Figma, analytics providers, hosting providers, or payment processors. Those third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices, and they may apply alongside ours.

We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, but we try to work with reputable providers that are appropriate for the product experience we offer.

7. Paid products, trials, and refunds

If we offer paid products or subscriptions, pricing and billing details will be shown at the point of purchase or on the relevant platform. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, fees are non-refundable once access has been granted or digital delivery has started.

If a purchase was processed by a third-party marketplace or platform, that platform’s billing and refund rules may control the transaction.

8. Feedback

If you share ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or feedback with us, we may use that feedback to improve Mureal without restriction or compensation to you. This helps us keep shipping faster improvements for everyone.

9. Availability and warranties

We work hard to keep Mureal reliable, but no online service can promise perfect uptime, error-free operation, or uninterrupted availability across every browser, plugin host, mobile device, or network environment.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mureal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make guarantees that the service will always meet every requirement, work in every environment, or be completely free of defects.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mureal and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Mureal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Mureal will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event, or SGD 100 if you did not pay us anything.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe someone is violating these terms, using Mureal in a harmful way, creating security risk, or exposing us or other users to legal or operational harm.

Where it makes sense, we will try to limit the impact and take proportionate action rather than immediately cutting off access.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the effective date on this page and, when appropriate, provide additional notice inside the product, app, plugin, or website.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Mureal will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
